Grampa’s Hands & Knees Serum is concentrated botanical care for hardworking hands, fingers, wrists, knees, and other overworked areas. Designed with mature skin and everyday practicality in mind, it provides targeted care in a lightweight formula that absorbs quickly.

At its heart is an exceptional concentration of our in-house Arnica Montana and Comfrey Root infusions in Organic Jojoba. Arnica has a long history of traditional use for sore, bruised, and overworked areas, while Comfrey Root—historically known as “knitbone”—is naturally rich in allantoin and valued for comforting and conditioning hardworking areas.

GLA-rich Borage and Tamanu Oils provide deeper nourishment for dry, mature skin, while Copaiba, Helichrysum Italicum, Lavender, Roman Chamomile, and Sweet Marjoram were carefully selected to complement the botanical infusions. Their gentle overall dilution was thoughtfully formulated with Tisserand Institute essential-oil safety guidance in mind.

Organic Fractionated Coconut Oil helps give the serum its lightweight, quick-absorbing finish—especially important for hands that still need to grip, work, and get on with the day.
