Toddler Outdoor Shield was thoughtfully formulated specifically for little ones and their time outdoors, using a carefully restrained botanical blend of Organic Citronella, Geranium, Patchouli, and Lavender.
We intentionally left out Peppermint, Lemongrass, Clove, and Cedarwood found in many adult outdoor blends, choosing a safer combination of botanicals with very young children in mind, according to the Tisserand Institute.
The base is equally intentional. Organic Aloe-infused fractionated coconut oil and Jojoba provide gentle skin conditioning, while the Organic Castor Oil creates a richer, more substantial layer that helps the aromatic botanicals remain on the skin's surface longer and release their scent more gradually.
Even the bottle was chosen with little ones in mind. Instead of an aerosolizing spray, Toddler Outdoor Shield uses a controlled pump dispenser, helping minimize airborne droplets and making application more targeted and safer around small children.
From the botanical blend to the bottle itself, every little detail was considered to create a gentler outdoor option for the littlest explorers and their biggest adventures.
